Apply to change a listed building
You must apply for listed building consent if your proposed changes could affect the building’s character.
This includes:
- altering the building
- extending the building
- demolishing part or all of the building
We manage the listed building consent process. For Category A and B buildings, or for any demolition, we will also consult Historic Environment Scotland.
