Black Isle strings set to entertain

Music plays an vital part in all celebrations but perhaps none more than Christmas.  Over the next few weeks, pupils from the Black Isle who receive lessons from Council strings Instructor, Mrs Isobel Grant are going to busier than usual with a whole host of events.

Council Music Development Officer, Norman Bolton, said:  “Pupils being able to get involved in performances of all kinds give a great incentive to practice and build on the work our Instructors do at weekly lessons.  It’s fantastic to see so much activity around the Back Isle with our Instrumental Service pupils at the heart of it and I hope parents and public will support and enjoy!”
