The Highland Council recently published a Development Plans Newsletter, which outlines how and when people can get involved in shaping future development plans across Highland.

Chair of the Council’s Economy and Infrastructure Committee, Councillor Ken Gowans said: “Our latest Development Plans Newsletter provides a helpful summary of upcoming opportunities for people to get involved in the planning for their area and demonstrates our keenness to make sure our consultation process is as effective as possible for everyone involved. There is still time to take part in the survey, so I encourage as many people as possible to take up this opportunity.”

The Council encourages those people and organisations who are living, working, and investing in the region to submit their views on the suitability of the approach to consultation on development plans, by completing its Participation Statement Survey, which is closing at 5pm on 31 May 2023.
