Workplace Mental Health Support Service

Remploy has recently been awarded the contract to deliver all mental health support through Access to Work (A2W)

This is a UK-wide service open to all, it works in a similar way to other A2W provision, in that the individual raises a request to A2W, which processes the application before passing it on to Remploy to deliver the support. There is generally no charge to the employer or employee.

Support is available to individuals with a mental health condition, who are absent from work or are finding work difficult. To learn more about the Remploy A2W service, please download the brochure

Reasonable Adjustments

The Highland Council, in conjunction with Iqarus, have developed a guidance on reasonable adjustments for staff with Mental Health issues. Click here for the guidance

An Access to work grant can pay for practical support to help staff who are disabled or who have a long term health condition (including mental health conditions) stay in work.
