Single Outcome Agreement (SOA)
The current SOA covers the period 2013 - 2014 to 2018 - 2019 and outlines how the Highland Community Planning Partnership will deliver the Scottish Government's 6 national priorities, drawn from their 16 national outcomes, and one further Highland priority relating to the environment. The delivery of the SOA is supported by a development plan that sets out how the CPP will strengthen the governance, accountability and operating arrangements for community planning.
The council programme
We have a programme for 2015 to 2017 called "Highland First". This was agreed by the council on 13 August 2015 and is a statement of what we wish to achieve and outlines our political commitments and priorities.
There are also 44 commitments from the previous programme which we will continue to monitor until work has been completed.
Each local committee in Highland has also developed their own local area priorities.
Measuring how we deliver the programme
Our corporate plan details how we measure the actions of our programme.
Council departments have their own service plans which feed into the corporate plan
