Lochcarron Community Development Company were awarded a LEADER grant to take forward a range of initiatives aimed at fostering new connections between the woods, the local population and the area's visitors. The two-year project aims to deliver a cleared village heritage interpretation project, a new all-abilities trail, a wildlife/quiet zone and pond, restore an old drover’s track, and provide new locally-designed Viewpoint 'furniture' & signboards.
