Overview

Scottish Islands Federation were awarded LEADER funding to undertake an exchange project on the theme of Smart Island communities. The project will look at the case of the smaller islands in Scotland and Ireland in the framework of the Smart Islands Initiative and Clean Energy EU islands secretariat Transition model. The aim is to capture the exchange of experience through social media, as well as writing briefings reports and short case-studies to be presented at various events.
