How can you maintain good health and wellbeing?

The Council have developed the Mental Health & Wellbeing Toolkit which contains a wide range of valuable advice, guidance and resources. 

 

Wellbeing resources have been made available via the COVID-19 pages. These pages are updated regularly. 

Content currently includes:

  • Tips for working from home
  • Employee Assistance Programme (this includes members)
  • List of Mental health representatives
  • Wellbeing matters
  • Breath awareness audio
  • Guided full body relaxation audio
  • Love and kindness meditation audio 

The council's role

The council’s role in supporting staff and promoting wellbeing include the development of the Wellbeing Strategy.
