Payroll Deadlines

In order to ensure that new starts are paid on time and leavers removed from the payroll, all Employee Forms (New Appoint, Change, Leaver) must be submitted by the following dates:

  • Payroll 32 (all APT&C and paid on 28th of month): to be submitted by 12th of month
  • Payroll 38 (teaching posts): to be submitted 2 weeks prior to the pay date
  • Payroll 53 (includes manual workers and paid on 14th of month): to be submitted by the 2nd of the month
