Development guidance - Inverness East Development Brief

The Inverness East Development Brief (the Brief) guides urban expansion of the east of Inverness. It seeks to ensure that growth in this part of the city is sustainable and delivers great places to live, work and visit. It sets out the parameters developers will be asked to follow in delivering growth. The Brief is Supplementary Guidance to the Inner Moray Firth Local Development Plan.
