We will update this webpage with new information about these timescales as soon as possible.  In the interim, please contact the Development Plan Team via devplans@highland.gov.uk if you need planning policy advice or information further to that shown here.

Plan Review

We have prepared a committee draft of a Main Issues Report, which is the initial consultation document produced in making the new Inner Moray Firth Local Development Plan (IMFLDP). The version of this draft Main Issues Report relevant to the first two of the five Council area committees that will consider the Report is now available.

Later this year, this webpage will be updated with the versions relevant to the three other area committees. This winter, following all the committee meetings, we will publish a consolidated Main Issues Report for public consultation. Other draft documents related to the Main Issues Report are also available.
