Plan Review

In 2019, we began the process of reviewing the Inner Moray Firth Local Development Plan (IMFLDP).  The first stage is known as the Call for Sites and allows interested parties to suggest potential sites for development and highlight prirorities for particular places.

View Call for Sites suggestions

The next stage is the preparation of the Main Issues Report which will set out a suggested Vision, Outcomes and Spatial Strategy for the Plan area and list the Council's initial preferences on development site options and priorities for settlements. We expect that the Main Issues Report will be presented to the relevant area committees and published for consultation by the end of 2020.
