Supporting communities to reduce, reuse and recycle
This grant scheme supports community projects that reduce waste, promote reuse and repair, and help build a circular economy.
You can apply for funding between £2,000 and £50,000 if you're part of a:
- constituted community group
- public sector body
- charity
- voluntary or social enterprise
- co-operative or community ownership initiative
- development trust
Funding can be used to support capital or revenue costs.

The fund is now closed.
No more applications will be taken this financial year due to the volume of applications for Round 1. The fund will reopen in April 2026, with a deadline for applications on Friday 1 May 2026.
