Highland Licensing Board meeting dates
The final submission dates below are for guidance purposes only and no guarantee is given that an application lodged by a final submission date will be considered at the relevant Board meeting.
These dates generally allow enough time for complete applications to be processed for referral to the relevant Board meeting but no guarantee of this can be given and reliance on this is solely at the applicant’s risk. The statutory time limits for processing applications are contained in the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 and the Licensing (Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2007. These statutory time limits are the only ones which the Board are obliged to adhere to.
