Electoral Canvassers

Salary - £12.30 per hour with mileage rate of 45p per mile.

Applications are invited for electoral canvassers to assist us with our annual canvass of electors and to assist us with canvassing throughout the year. Canvassers will work alongside staff in our area offices to doorstep canvass properties in the following areas: Inverness and surrounding area, Badenoch and Strathspey, Lochaber and surrounding area, Skye & Lochalsh, Caithness and Ross and Cromarty.

You will be required to visit assigned properties and make attempts to obtain electoral information for all of these properties with the use of a tablet. You must ensure that confidentiality is maintained at all times.

Full training will be provided. You will also be required to undertake a Basic Disclosure Check.
