Operating Plan:

Capacity - Update capacity as follows:

• Increase capacity from 106 persons to 140 persons
• Increase number of bedrooms from 9 to 12
• Add off-sale display area of 1m2

Layout Plan:

• Replace current layout plan with updated plan outlining entire hotel within footprint of licensed premises
• Extend footprint of licensed premises to include 4 self catering pods.
• Include outdoor drinking area (shaded pale green on layout plan)

Description of premises:

Update description of premises  to reflect proposed modifications to Premises Licence as follows:

The premises are situated beside the main A86(T) road in Roy Bridge.

The premises comprise of detached village hotel of traditional construction offering 12 guest bedrooms. There are four 4 self catering pods located within the grounds of the hotel which also form part of the licensed premises, together with an outdoor drinking area.

The premises offer both on and off sales for Residents and Non Residents.
