Description

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Highland Council proposes to make an Order in terms of Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 entitled as above.

If the Order comes into force, the Order will introduce a 30mph speed limit on the following roads in Muir of Ord over their entire length, unless stated otherwise below:

B9169 – Muir of Ord - Leanaig - Culbokie - Shoreton Road, commencing at its junction with the A862 Great North Road and extending to a point 469 metres or thereby north-east of said junction; U2650 Tomich Industrial Estate; U2652 Muir of Ord Industrial Estate Road.
