Road safety team consultations - B9161, Bogallan 50 mph Speed Limit Order

THE HIGHLAND COUNCIL (B9161, BOGALLAN) (50MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Highland Council proposes to make an Order in terms of Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 entitled as above. 

If the Order comes into force, the Order will introduce a 50 mph speed limit on the following road in Bogallan over its entire length, unless stated otherwise below:

50mph Speed Limit:

B9161 Artafallie - Munlochy Road from a point 133 metres or thereby southwest of its junction with U2711 Bogallan – Allanglach Road to point 1044 metres or thereby northeast of its junction with U2711 Bogallan - Allanglach Road, a distance of 1,177 metres of thereby.
