                        DescriptionWe are carrying out a consultation on Local Access Guidance All representations made to theses consultations will be used to inform decisions if and what Local Access Guidance may be appropriate. They will not be published on the Highland Council website. The personal data of respondents will not be published on the Council’s website. With their permission we may use the personal data to contact respondents with regard to their comments.

                        Conditions for processing personal informationNational guidance from “Managing public access in areas of wildlife sensitivity in Scotland” and the Scottish Outdoor Access Code allows for the development of Local Access Guidance - Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 S 10 (1). That guidance should come from a consensus between stakeholders. This consultation is to see if consensus might be reached - Article 6(1)(e) (Public Task)
