Road safety team consultations - B9175 Arabella 30mph Speed Limit

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Highland Council proposes to make an Order in terms of Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 entitled as above.

If the Order comes into force, the Order will introduce a 30mph speed limit on the following roads in Arabella over their entire length, unless stated otherwise below:

Route B9175, GLASTULLICH - NIGG STATION - ANKERVILLE - NIGG FERRY ROAD. From a point 69 metres or thereby north-west of the level-crossing at Arabella, extending in a south-easterly direction for a distance of 1446m or thereby.

Route U1467, GREENLANDS, ARABELLA.

Route C1008, KILDARY BRIDGE - HILL OF FEARN ROAD. From its junction with the B9175, extending in an easterly direction for a distance of 263m or thereby.
