Road safety team consultations - B817 Saltburn 30 MPH Speed Limit

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Highland Council proposes to make an Order in terms of Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 entitled as above.

If the Order comes into force, the Order will introduce a 30mph speed limit on the following roads in Saltburn over their entire length, unless stated otherwise below:

Route B817, EVANTON – ALNESS – INVERGORDON – KILDARY ROAD From its junction with the C1210, extending in a north-easterly direction for a distance of 2243m or thereby.
