Description
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Highland Council, in terms of the powers contained in section 36 and 37 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 as amended, The Road Humps (Scotland) Regulations 1998 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf propose to construct a raised table on Craighill Terrace, U3910, Tain as follows:
• 35 metres or thereby east of Craighill Terrace/St Vincent Road junction Tain.
The proposed raised table uncontrolled crossing is 75 mm in height (max) full width kerb to kerb across the carriageway and 4 metres long (including tapers).
