End of Diversion on Inverness Approach/Exit

The diverted route leading into/out of Inverness is finished with and a brand new section of path can be followed to get back onto the original GGW route. Simply follow the waymarkers.
- There was a minor diversion in place for users of the Great Glen Way on the descent of Craig Dunain hill into Inverness, or the exit of the city heading south.
- The original route had to be changed slightly due to the construction of new houses. The development work has been completed and a brand new path has been built that connects the GGW back together properly again.
- The section is fully marked with our usual blue way-markers and metal sign posts. Simply follow the signage and enjoy the new path!
