Register of all property work

The Property Works Register contains a list of recent construction works relating to our non-housing properties. Access is given to contractors and consultants working on our behalf.

The register has details of:

  • Location and Descriptions of work requests, works orders, capital projects, service contracts recorded or instructed.
  • Current Status of work, estimated cost band of the work to be carried out.
  • Any contractors engaged to carry out works within properties listed.
  • The name and email address of the Highland Council contract administrator or maintenance officer administrating the works.
