If you have a concern, suggestion or complaint about a service, please speak to the staff providing the service in the first instance.
Complaints relating to financial assessment
If the complaint concerns the outcome of the financial assessment, you can request a formal review of the application by a person senior to the original assessor, and not connected with the original assessment.
Applicants have 21 working days from when they receive their decision letter to make their request, in writing, to:

Applicants will be notified in writing of the outcome once the review has taken place. Timescales are dependant on the nature of the review.
The findings of the review are final and there is no further opportunity for appeal.
