Committees

A special meeting of the Caithness, Sutherland and Easter Ross Planning Applications and Review Committee will take place in the Ross Institute, Halkirk, on Tuesday 15 January 2008, commencing with a site visit at 10.30am, followed by a Hearing to be held in the Ross Institute (estimated commencement time of 12.30pm).

Members are invited to assemble at the Ross Institute, where they will board a bus at 10.30am which will take them to the site.  The Institute is located in the village of Halkirk on the right hand side of the main road north, directly opposite the Ulbster Arms Hotel. Tea and coffee will be available for members only on the premises from 10.00am.  Members are respectfully reminded to wear footwear and clothing appropriate to the weather conditions.

At the conclusion of the site inspection, the bus will return to the Institute where, following lunch at Noon, the Hearing will take place at 12.30pm.

Members are reminded that in the determination of a planning application which is the subject of a Hearing, to be entitled to participate in any vote, Members must be present throughout all of the proceedings.
