A Special Meeting of the Caithness, Sutherland and Easter Ross Planning Applications and Review Committee will take place in the Pentland Suite, The Weigh Inn, Burnside, Thurso on Tuesday 15 July 2008 at 10.30am.

Members are reminded that in the determination of a planning application, to be entitled to participate in any vote, they must be present throughout all of the proceedings, including the site inspection, if any.
