Committees

A special meeting of the Caithness, Sutherland and Easter Ross Planning Applications and Review Committee will take place in Bettyhill Village Hall, Bettyhill on Tuesday 17 March 2009, commencing with a site visit at 10.30am, followed by a Hearing to be held in the Village Hall (estimated commencement time of 11.30am).

Members are invited to assemble at the Bettyhill Hotel, Bettyhill at 10.30am, where they will proceed by car to the site.  A map showing the location of the Hotel and Village Hall is attached for your information.  Tea and coffee will be available for Members only, at the Hotel from 10.00am.  Members are respectfully reminded to wear clothing appropriate to the weather conditions.

At the conclusion of the site inspection, Members will return to Bettyhill Village Hall where the Hearing will commence no earlier than 11.30am.  Lunch for Members will available at the Bettyhill Hotel.

Members are reminded that in the determination of a planning application, to be entitled to participate in any vote, they must be present throughout all of the proceedings, including the site inspection, if any.
