Committees

A special meeting of the Caithness, Sutherland and Easter Ross Planning Applications Committee will take place in the Strathy Hall, Strathy, Caithness (Location Plan (25kb pdf)) Tuesday, 10th May 2011 and will commence with a site visit at 10.30 am followed by the Committee meeting in the Strathy Hall, Strathy, Sutherland at 11.35 pm.

Members are invited to assemble at the Strathy Hall, Strathy, Sutherland, where they will board a coach at 10.35 am, which will take them to viewpoints of the application site.    Tea and coffee will be available for Members only, at the Strathy Hall, Strathy, Caithness from 10.00 am.  Members are respectfully reminded to wear clothing appropriate to the weather conditions.

At the conclusion of the site inspection, the bus will return to the Strathy Hall where the meeting will commence no earlier than 11.35 am.
