Committees

A special meeting of the Caithness, Sutherland and Easter Ross Planning Applications Committee will take place in the Edderton Hall, Edderton (Location Map - Edderton Site Visit (754kb pdf)) on Tuesday, 28th June 2011 and will commence with a site visit at 10.30 am followed by the Committee meeting in the Edderton Hall, Edderton at 11.15 pm.

Members are to assemble at the Edderton Hall, Edderton where they will board a coach at 10.30 am, which will take them to the application site and a viewpoiont.    Tea and coffee will be available for Members only, at the Edderton Hall, Edderton from 10.00 am.  Members are respectfully reminded to wear clothing appropriate to the weather conditions.

At the conclusion of the site inspection, the bus will return to the Edderton Hall where the meeting will commence no earlier than 11.15 am.
