4. Decisions of Appeals to the Scottish Government Directorate for Planning and Environmental Appeals

The Committee is asked to note the outcome of the following Appeal, for which the decision letter is circulated:-

Planning appeal reference: PPA-270-2049 Ardmhor (Historic), 43 Obsdale Road, Alness (10/04309).  Appeal by Mr David Skea against the decision by The Highland Council to refuse planning permission.
