Members are asked to consider whether they have an interest to declare in relation to any item on the agenda for this meeting. 3.  Minutes of Last Meeting   

There are circulated for noting the Minutes of the last Meeting of the Customer Services Board held on 24 April 2014.

4.  Presentation – Registration Service

A Presentation will be undertaken at the meeting by Ms Diane Minty, Chief Registrar, on the Registration Service.

This will be followed by a tour of the Archive and Registration Centre.

5.  Presentation – High Life Highland

Mr Ian Murray, Chief Executive of High Life Highland, will give a presentation on the potential for partnership.
