5. Highland Licensing Board Policy Statement – Overprovision Consultation    

6. Report by Convener on board meetings, including joint Forum / Board meeting on 6th August and board meetings of 11th June, 6th August and 27th August.

7. Forum membership –

(a) note decision of Council to permit claims for travel expenses from resident members and trade members;
(b) update on decision at last meeting that members will actively seek applications from additional community representatives and individuals from around the Highland area
(c) note resignation of Council’s Head of Social Care from Forum

8. Any other urgent business not on the agenda

Notes –

1. Any Forum member unable to attend the meeting should submit apologies to the Clerk by email as soon as possible. 
2. Video conference and telephone conference facilities are available.  Any member wishing to attend the meeting using the conference facilities should notify the Clerk in advance of the meeting by emailing Fiona.sinclair@highland.gov.uk.
