The Council is advised that, at the By-Election held on 7 May 2015, Mr Stephen K Fuller, 3 Anne Crescent, Nairn IV12 5DL was elected as the Member for Ward 19 (Nairn).

Members are advised that, following the result of the By-Election for Ward 19, the political make-up of the Council is now as follows:-
Independent – 34/SNP – 21/Liberal Democrat – 12/Labour – 8/Highland Alliance – 5
The formula in respect of the number of places on Strategic Committees remains as 9/6/3/2/2.
