A meeting of the South Planning Applications Committee will take place in the Council Chamber, Council Headquarters, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness on Tuesday 13 December at 10.30 am.

The Committee is invited to note that the decision of the Reporter that she is minded to allow the appeal and grant planning permission subject to the conditions listed in the Notice of Intention and following the signing and registering or recording of: a variation to the existing planning obligation under section 75A; or a new planning obligation under section 75 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997; or some suitable alternative arrangement, covering the matters listed in paragraphs 17 to 19 of the Notice of Intention.
