The Board is asked to note the report.

6.Redesign Board Programme Development

There is circulated Report No RDB/05/22 dated 23 August 2022 by the Interim Depute Chief Executive.

The Board is asked to:

  1. consider and note the report;

  2. agree to the initial major strategic projects for the Redesign Board; and

  3. agree to re-stablish a programme of Lean/Rapid Reviews.

7.Asset Management

A presentation will be provided by the Executive Chief Officer, Property & Housing and the Executive Chief Officer, Infrastructure, Environment & Economy

The Board is asked to note the presentation and consider the proposed approach to asset management.
