A meeting of the Highland Licensing Board will take place in the Council Chamber, Council Headquarters, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness on Tuesday, 20 June 2023 at 1.00 pm (following the Highland Licensing Committee commencing 10.00 am).

You are invited to attend and a note of the business to be considered is attached.

Webcast notice:  This meeting will be filmed and broadcast over the internet on the Highland Council website and will be archived and available for viewing for 12 months thereafter.

Members are reminded that during determination of a Licensing Board Item, in order to be entitled to participate in any vote, Members must be present throughout all of the proceedings.

Members are further reminded that mobile devices, including mobile phones, can be used for following the agenda/reports and delivering speeches but should not be used for any form of communication (text or tweet) during the meeting.

5. The Highland Licensing Board Annual Financial Report 2022-23

3. Amend capacity Section 7 to show only capacity for Hootanny Bar as 220.  No dedicated off sales display.
4. Amend layout plans of premises to show ground floor only with new mezzanine floor area.  Outside drinking area accessed from bar.
5. Change of description to read: 'Hootananny is a bar situated on the ground floor of a three storey building in Church Street, Inverness.
The bar area has a dedicated raised area at its front window for accommodating live musicians which form a regular feature of the bar's operation.  From 21.30 hrs a dedicated dance floor area is cleared to allow dancing directly in front of the raised area.
The bar is fitted with CCTV.
A mezzanine floor provides extra seating capacity.
An outdoor drinking area is situated at the rear of the premises and is accessed from the bar.
Full toilet and kitchen facilities are also provided.
