The award is given to an individual who has attained an outstanding personal achievement in sport through overcoming adversity.   Rebecca, who is in S3 has fibromyalgia and last year was the Female Scottish Paraclimb Champion, something she is hoping to retain in 2017.  She is currently competing in preliminary rounds and hopes to be selected as the youngest member of the Team GB Paraclimbing squad.
