​​​​​​​Community projects in Aird and Loch Ness short-listed for public vote

Following the Aird and Loch Ness ‘Your Cash, Your Choice’ initial bidding process, 29 projects now have a chance to put their idea to the public vote. There is £15,000 on offer with applications received totalling almost £36,000.

The participatory budgeting event will take place in the Craigmonie Centre in Drumnadrochit on Saturday 10 March. Registration will be from 9.15am and the event will start at 10am sharp and run until around 2.30pm.

Each applicant will be given a 4 minute slot to make their pitch for funding and a vote will take place at the end of the event to determine which projects are successful.

Voting will be open to anyone who is in Primary 1 at school or older, who lives in Ward 12 (Aird and Loch Ness) and who attends and listens to all of the presentations.
