​​​​​​​Second term ballot on Visit Inverness Loch Ness Tourism Business Improvement District

A ballot is to be held on the proposal to renew the Visit Inverness Loch Ness Tourism Business Improvement District (BID) for a further 5 year period from 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2024.

This is the second term that the BID is being proposed and the ballot will take place on Thursday 7 March 2019. The count will be held on Friday 8 March 2019 with the result announced at 2.30pm the same day.

The ballot will be conducted by post on behalf of the Ballot Holder, Donna Manson, who is The Highland Council’s Chief Executive, by the Independent Scrutineer, Electoral Reform Services (ERS) of 33 Clarendon Road, London N8 0NW.

Ballot papers will be sent no later than Thursday 24 January 2019 to those eligible to vote, for return to ERS by no later than 5pm on Thursday 7 March 2019.
