Eastgate Inverness road closure

Motorists are being advised that Eastgate, Inverness, will be closed at its junction with Crown Road to its junction with Inglis Street on Monday 4 March until Friday 8 March 2019. 

The closure is in the interests of public safety during the demolition of the former Eastgate Hostel building. 

The closure will affect vehicular traffic, but pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Access for emergency services’ vehicles and delivery vehicles will be at the discretion and by the instruction of the demolition works contractor.
