Temporary road closures in Inverness during parade

The Highland Council is advising all road users that a number of temporary road restrictions will be in place across the city of Inverness during the afternoon of Saturday 6 April 2019. 

They are as follows: 

Green Drive closed at its southernmost junction with Culduthel Road to its northernmost (roundabout) junction with Culduthel Road, between 14:55 hours and 15:10 hours; 

Culduthel Road closed at its roundabout junction with Green Drive to its junction with Drummond Road, between 15:05 hours and 15:25 hours; 

Culduthel Road closed at its junction with Drummond Road to its junction with Old Edinburgh Road, between 15:15 hours and 15:35 hours; 

Culduthel Road closed at its junction with Old Edinburgh Road to its junction with Castle Street, between 15:20 hours and 15:40 hours; 

Castle Street closed at its junction with Culduthel Road to its junction with High Street, between 15:25 hours and 15:45 hours; 

High Street closed at its junction with Castle Street to its junction with Bridge Street, between 15:25 hours and 15:45 hours;   

Bridge Street closed at its junction with High Street to its junction with Castle Road, between 15:25 hours and 15:45 hours;   

Castle Road closed at its junction with Bridge Street to its junction with Ness Bank and Cavell Gardens Road, between 15:30 hours and 16:05 hours;   

Ness Bank and Cavell Gardens Road closed at its junction with Island Bank Road to its junction with Castle Road, between 15:30 hours and 15:50 hours; 

Island Bank Road closed at its junction with Haugh Road to its junction with Ness Bank and Cavell Gardens Road, between 15:35 hours and 15:55 hours; 

Haugh Road closed at its junction with View Place to its junction with Island Bank Road, between 15:35 hours and 16:00 hours; 

Ness Bridge, closed to westbound traffic at its junction with Castle Road to its junction with Ness Walk, between 15:55 hours and 16:05 hours; 

Young Street closed to westbound traffic at its junction with Ness Walk to its junction with Alexander Place, between 15:55 hours and 16:05 hours; 

Huntly Street closed at its junction with Young Street to its junction with Greig Street, between 16:00 hours and 16:10 hours;

Huntly Street closed at its junction with Greig Street to its junction with Celt Street, between 16:00 hours and 16:20 hours; 

Huntly Street closed at its junction with Celt Street to its junction with Wells Street, between 16:00 hours and 16:20 hours; 

Wells Street closed at its junction with the A82 Dalnottar – Inverness Trunk Road to its junction with Huntly Street, between 16:00 hours and 16:20 hours.
