Still time to submit views on proposed Uig and Stoer primary school closures

The deadline is nearing for members of the public to submit their views on two proposed school closures in Highland, Uig Primary School in Skye, and Stoer Primary School in Sutherland.  Both schools are currently mothballed.

The consultations are taking place under procedures set down in The Schools (Consultation) (Scotland) Act 2010. Parents, school pupils, and others are encouraged to submit views before the deadline of 30 August 2019.
