Temporary road closures in place, Inverness city centre, Saturday 28 September 2019

Temporary road closures will be in place in Inverness city centre on Saturday 28 September 2019 during the unveiling and dedication of a Queen’s Own Highlanders statue.

The road will be closed at Bank Street (B862), Inverness, between its junction with Bridge Street (B861) and its junction with Friar’s Lane (B962) between 9.25am and 10.35am.

In addition, the road at Friar’s Lane (B862), between its junction with Bank Street (B862) and its junction with Church Street (C1182) will also be closed between 9.25am and 10.35am.

Eastgate (U4617) will also be closed at its junction with Stephen’s Brae (U4328) to its junction with High Street (U4617), between 9:15am and 9:25am.

High Street will be closed at its junction with Eastgate to its junction with Bridge Street (B861) between 9:20am and 9.25am.

Bridge Street will be closed at its junction with High Street to its junction with Bank Street, between 9:20am and 9:25am.

There is also a temporary right turn manoeuvre prohibition in place on Douglas Row (U3863) and Bank Street between 9.25am and 10.35am.
