Elrig Bridge weight restriction

The Highland Council is advising motorists that there will be a temporary 7.5 tonne weight restriction to be introduced at Elrig Bridge to ensure public safety after a recent inspection of the property.

The restriction will come into effect on Wednesday 23rd October 2019 and will remain in force for a period of 21 days or until the repairs have been satisfactorily completed.

The temporary weight restriction will take place at Elrig Bridge; forming part of the U1112 Achnabat - Dalcrombie -Tullich - Elrig - East Croachy, Road, Inverness-shire - which is south of Inverness off the B851 (at East Croachy).
