Jamie Hume STONE – Scottish Liberal Democrats has been elected as the Member of Parliament for the Caithness, Sutherland and Easter Ross constituency at the UK Parliamentary general election on 12 December 2019. 

The election count was held overnight at Inverness Leisure, Bught Lane, Inverness.

The results declared by Donna Manson, Returning Officer are:

  • Cheryl Ann MCDONALD – Scottish Labour Party - 1,936 votes
  • Karl Calder ROSIE – Scottish National Party (SNP) - 11,501 votes 
  • Andrew David SINCLAIR – Scottish Conservative and Unionist - 5,176 votes
  • Sandra SKINNER – Brexit Party - 1,139 votes
  • Jamie Hume STONE – Scottish Liberal Democrats - 11,705 votes

The total number of votes cast across Caithness, Sutherland and Easter Ross constituency was 31,518.

A total of 61 ballot papers were rejected.
