Extension to temporary closure of part of Old Edinburgh Road, Inverness

Part of the B853 Old Edinburgh Road in Inverness will be closed for essential maintenance works from 6pm on Mon 10 August until 6pm on Fri 21 August 2020.

Part of the road will be closed between its junction with Culduthel Road and its junction with Southside Road.

The closure extension was requested due to unforeseen engineering issues, which only became apparent following excavation within the carriageway and footpath.

The public utility works are being carried out on behalf of CityFibre.
