City Centre Businesses invited to give feedback on Spaces for People interventions

The Highland Council, in partnership with SUSTRANS, are contacting businesses in Inverness City Centre  to invite them to give their feedback about the Spaces for People interventions.

The Council’s Head of Infrastructure Colin Howell said: “Postcards aimed at city centre businesses will be delivered this week giving details on how they can give us feedback on what they think of the changes in place. This is a crucial part of monitoring these rapid interventions that are in place to provide safe space for physical distancing during the Covid epidemic. Along with the numerical data being collected across the projects, this qualitative feedback will allow us to monitor and evaluate the interventions and wider project.”

Members of the public and Highland-wide businesses can also provide their feedback to local interventions and put forward further suggestions via the Council’s dedicated portal which provides full details of all the Spaces for People work carried out to date. The portal is available from the Council’s website – https://consult.highland.gov.uk/kse/
