Road condition reports for Wednesday, 17 February 2021 are as follows:
Lochalsh and Ross & Cromarty West
Posted at 07:42. Most winter treatment action was called off this morning due to rising temperatures, the exception being the Bealach na Ba. No other known issues overnight.
Lochaber
Posted at 08:39. Wet and windy, positive tempetures, no problems overnight.
Skye and Raasay
Posted at 06:44. Positive road surface temps across domain this morning. No winter action. No issues reported overnight.
Caithness
Posted at 06:59. Positive road surface temperatures across the area. No other road issues reported.
Inverness
Posted at 07:13. Roads damp / wet, icy patches on some high roads, gritters out on high roads patrolling and gritting as required.
Sutherland
09:30: Awaiting update on road conditions from operatives within the Sutherland area. The news release on Highland Council’s website will be updated once this is available.
Nairn
Posted at 07:44. Wet roads, positive temperatures, no known issues.
Badenoch and Strathspey

Ross and Cromarty East
