Motorists are being advised by The Highland Council that there will be a temporary road closure on part of the B861 Inverness – Leys – Inverarnie Road between its junction with the U5174 Slackbuie Distributor Road and its junction with the B851 Errogie – Strathnairn – Daviot Bridge Road. The temporary closure will be in operation from Thursday 15 April 2021 until Friday 16 April 2021, between the hours of 9:30 until 15:30 each day.

The closure is required to enable public utility works to safely proceed. The works are being carried out on behalf of BT Openreach.

Access will be maintained for pedestrians, cyclists and emergency vehicles attending an emergency. Vehicles requiring access may do so, but only at the discretion and by the instructions of the Contractor for the works.

Alternative routes will be available for all other traffic affected by this closure.
