Temporary road closure of the B862 Errogie Village

Errogie location plan

Motorists are being advised by The Highland Council that there will be a temporary road closure on the B862 at Errogie Village (south of Inverness) on Thursday 4 November 2021.

Closure will be in place on 4 November 2021 from 09:00 to 16:00.

The closure is required for essential carriageway surfacing works at the southwest end of Errogie Village.

Motorists are asked to make alterative arrangements during these hours and follow local diversions which will be signed.  HGV traffic should avoid local minor roads using the signed alternative B-class roads.

Access will be maintained at all times for emergency vehicles. School and service buses along with pedestrians and cyclists will be managed through the works under the control of the contractor.

The Council apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate the patience of road users during this time.
